April, 13, Chairman Liu Hanyuan organized the Management Meeting of Tongwei (Hainan) Aquatic Food Company, and visited Hainan Tongwei, Hainan Dahai for inspection and guidance afterwards.
At the meeting, Mr. Liu made important instructions after hearing work briefings from different departments. He said it is important to know what the company positioning is, what the company’s culture is, what does “honesty, trust, fairness and excellence” mean. We have first-class equipment, first-class factories, first-class talents, first-class products; we must pursue also first-class price and sales.
Mr. Liu mentioned Hainan Tongwei has effectively explored international market with its available hardware conditions and more than one year’s marketing and brand building experience. The company should continue systemize its management, mobilize the initiative, lower consumption and cost, optimize the operation and increase efficiency. On the aspect of industrial chain build-up, it needs to strengthen its cooperation with the seedling companies, and choose strategic alliances for further win-win development. In terms of human resources management, Mr. Liu stressed the effectiveness of incentives and assessment.
