July, 16, Officials from Economic and Information Technology Commission of Sichuan Province, Yuan Bing，Peng Xiaoxiong and three experts paid a research visit to Yongxiang, and examined Yongxiang’s comprehensive utilization project of cement product recourses.

The officials and experts examined the cement production site and checked the residue utilization. After discussion, they reached the consensus that Yongxiang cement meets the comprehensive utilization requirements of resources. The carbide slag, smelting slag, coal gangue, and fly ash during cement production is within the range specified by the national policy of comprehensive utilization of resources. The production technique equipment, cement clinker product quality, composite portland cement, and the comprehensive utilization of residue are all up to national standards.
